Statement of Christian Faith, Marriage, Abortion, and Sexual Morality

Jabez Family Outreach Members believe:

The Bible to be the infallible, authoritative Word of God. That it is His holy and inspired Word. God is the supreme and final authority. (2 Peter 1:21) In one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (1 John 5:7)

Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, led a sinless life, took on Himself all our sins, His atoning death through His shed blood when He died and He rose again, and is seated at the right hand of the Father as our mediator and advocate and that He is coming again, soon. (Matthew 1:18, Romans 5:17-19, Romans 8:34, and Acts 1:11)

We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful men regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. That all persons are lost, sinful, and face the judgment of God to forgive them and to save them. (Romans 3:10, 3:23, 5:8, 10:13).

We believe in Holy Christian living by the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by who’s indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life, and that we must be part of the Great Commission to spread the Word of God and help people be saved. (Romans 8:9-11, Matthew 28:18-20)

We believe we must dedicate ourselves anew to the service of our Lord and to His authority over our lives. (Romans 12: 1-2) His first Commandment.

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ, with equality across racial, gender, and class differences. (Galatians 3:28) We believe in using this Corporation and our lives to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the world. (Acts 1:8)
